Lesley University was chosen to finish first in the 2014 New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) men's cross country coaches poll. The defending champion Lynx won their fifth straight conference championship IN 2013.

Lesley University Director of Athletics Jen Benway has announced the addition of Jonathan Alizio as the new Head Coach for the Men's and Women's Cross Country programs.
